LIBERE LIBERIS: Libere Liberis is a theatrical film about a Haitian father, Liberis, who is faced with issues of communication as well as cultural and generational clashes while raising his Haitian-American children. The play was written, produced and directed by Berwick “Underscore” Augustin. It is being used as a learning tool for those who are unaware of the Haitian community and their contribution to U.S. history.
